Poster Presentation Guideline

Poster sessions provide opportunities for participants to present their recent works in different fields and to link their works to related organisations for collaboration. All participants are encouraged to submit abstracts corresponding to their subject groups interested. Please note that all abstracts are submitted for poster presentation and some of them may be invited to oral sessions by the conveners after submission.

Poster presenters have a great opportunity to participate in Poster Award Competition, which aims to encourage young scientists and engineers including students. The entrants of the competition also have an elevator speech in the presence of examiners and audience and splendid prizes are granted to the winners of the competition. Those who would like to participate in the award competition should check their willingness on the abstract registration form.

Each poster will be displayed during the whole conference period. Authors are requested to ensure that the posters are displayed for 3 days from 17:00 26th July to 22:00 28th July 2017. Poster boards will be available in the afternoon of 26th July, and poster presenters are obliged to attach the posters on board before the welcome banquet on 26th July and to remove them after farewell banquet on 28th July.

Oral Presentation Guideline

S&T oral sessions, which are composed of 10 groups, aim to share diverse insight from diverse sectors on megatrend of the subject or recent focal issues in Europe or Korea. In addition, the oral sessions provide valuable opportunity to develop collaboration between Europe and Korea or between the members in Europe.

All speakers and panels from diverse sectors to contribute to a session are invited mainly grounded on the abstracts submitted. The speakers invited to oral sessions are recommended to present their insights in a broad outlook rather than very specific technological advancement in order for audience from diverse subjects to have interests on the issue. In addition, speakers may be asked to submit presentation materials later.
